Coalition files amicus brief supporting FERC

On Feb. 3, SREA joined a coalition of renewable energy associations in filing a supplemental amicus in support of FERC in the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, supporting the longstanding interpretation of PURPA that "power production capacity" reasonably means the amount of power that a facility is capable of producing to the grid, and thus the "80 megawatts" limit on small power production facilities should be AC rather than DC.
