Fall 2025 Updates to the Arkansas Generator Interconnection Queue

Arkansas leads the region in renewable development interest. The state’s position in MISO South makes it a hub for solar, hybrid, and wind projects. Developers are pursuing projects at unprecedented scale, reflecting both resource quality and access to wholesale markets. Arkansas’ queue is dominated by MISO, with SPP adding a smaller share. The sheer volume of renewables in the pipeline underscores Arkansas’ position as a key renewables state in the Southeast.
