SREA comments on Louisiana DENR's proposed Solar Power Generation Facility Decommissioning Regulations

SREA submitted written comments on the Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources' proposed rule regarding Regulation of Solar Power Generation Facilities. SREA provided comments with the goal of helping the Department meet its legislative mandate to R.S. 30:1154 to design regulations "to encourage the development and use of solar energy and to provide maximum information to the public concerning solar devices and solar power generation facilities."
